Artwork Purchasing Information
Purchasing original artwork is a special occasion and investment. We understand it is nicer to see the work in person as opposed to images on our website. Therefore, we are happy to provide important information on specific artists as well as additional photographs and other items for you. If you see a work of art that interests you, please fill in the contact form, or call us and we can discuss your interests.
Gallery 166 Vail can arrange artwork to be purchased on approval for shipment to clients, and details will be arranged at time of purchase. Payment is arranged over the telephone, with a sixty percent down payment with verified shipping expense. Generally, if you choose not to own the artwork, client is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs within seven days from receipt of artwork. A full refund will be made when artwork has been received by Gallery 166.
Artwork is shipped by various carriers, fully insured to buyers designated address. Details on shipping charges and estimated cost and delivery timeframe will be provided at time of purchase. In the event of damaged artwork, Gallery 166 will assist with having the work returned and looking into any claims based upon circumstances.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. Layaway payments may also be arranged, generally for period of three to six months.
